I very much doubt you will get anything from EasyJet, and like others have said you need to be chasing terravision for the money. As them for a refund, showing evidence of your booking with them, and of the cost of your flights. If they refuse to play ball, take them to the small claims court.

BUS COMPANY:
Obviously you purchased these tickets from them and they failed to deliver. Get in touch with them and explain. If they refuse to compensate then County Court. (Sales of Goods Act)0 -
If you go onto Easyjet's website, there's a 'contact' section which will allow you to fill out an online form. You are entitled to a refund of APD but they won't give refunds on the actual tickets..it's in the Ts&Cs I think. If you have a case they will probably give you credit but no refund. I would think most of the APD refund will be lost in 'admin' charges. Most airlines these days do this in the hope people can't be bothered to claim it back.
You have more of a case with Terravison. They'll try and wriggle out of it but keep pushing it. Good luckTimmay!0 -
I don't think you have a leg to stand on.
That 0635 bus was due to arrive at Stansted at 0720. Easyjet checkin closes at 0725 prompt for an 0805 flight.
You never stood a chance of making it.0 -

dzug is right, even if the bus had turned up you would not have made the flight.
Your contract with Terravision will not cover you for consequential loss (i.e. the cost of the flight). Therefore the most you can claim for is the cost of the bus ticket.
The taxes on a return ticket to Glasgow are approx £27 (I don't know the exact amount), and the administration fee £35 (£17.50 per passenger leg). Therefore you will not be able to claim anything back from Easyjet.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Time a campaign was launched against these 'admin' fees in the same way the bank charges are being dealt with methinks.Timmay!0

Why all of a sudden is it the done thing to try and claim back anything and everything? It does cost the airline money to process the refund and also to pay customer services staff so why shouldn't they impose an admin fee - it's not their fault the OP missed the flight.0 -

Thanks all.
Since I checked in online the gates were supposed to close 25 mins before the flight time which means from the schduled 0720 Hrs of the bus' arrival at Stansted I would have had a full 20 mins to get to the flight.
So I do have strong basis for making a claim.
OR is it that all the mates here are suggesting that I just let it go.... and forget about the whole thing? I know that most of you will give me the best advice and hence I will mostly do what comes out of here.
In a nutshell to summarise this is what you can help me with.
1. Since the admin fee itself comes down to GBP 70 for both of us, I truly do no stand to gain a lot. So should I pursue anything with EASYJET at all?
2. Any idea if the BARCLAYCARD would cover anything (the default travel insurance that they give)?
3. TERRAVISION seem to be terrible, as they have not even called me back since Friday when they said they will check what happened and will get back to me.
Thanks.0
