I've skimmed through it - only 1 person seems to be claiming that, the rest are angry that most of the glitch orderes were cancelled.
oh, and a few baiting them.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I spoke to them today....
I had 1 order completley cancelled.
My second order was in 2 parts....
Socks & a chandelier (random I know!!)
The socks have been dispatched and received, I'm a lucky boy!!
The chandelier showed as quantity 0, with the total payment reduced. I rang them up and spoke to a chap that went through to the delivery team. He came back and said it was out of stock. I then said it's still showing as in stock online, he went off again, came back and said I've just spoken to the warehouse and they have loads..... but you will need to place a new order.
A few white lies, if you ask me!!! I ordered it with 20% off and he did kindly give me free express delivery, but still not the point. I would rather them be honest instead of saying it was out of stock and now all of a sudden they have loads.
Oh well, I got bargain priced socks!!!0 -
Can I suggest that anyone who has had an order or part of an order check how much they've been charged in their account. I had an email saying that my order would be delivered in 2 parts, and stated the full order with discounts. However......
I looked at my account today and they've changed the prices. The 2 things I have received have been charged at full price less a 25% discount, and I've been charged for postage. The remaining part of my order is stating 0 as the number of items. In total, I've been charged £11.25 more for the 2 items & postage than is stated in my delivery invoice0 -
malebolge, I just checked my account. I was charged the correct amount after all discounts, I paid via paypal. The Year Of DreamsBig Love To All Comp Sharers

I was charged the correct amount and was able to use the two codes they sent me after the 'glitch' failed. (Paypal).I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0

I advise everyone to check amounts taken from their cards if orders have been recieved. The update on my order is:
I ordered 3 items and they told me they would be sent in two seperate deliveries. The total of my orders was £22.09 after discounts.
Received the first item with a despatch note showing amount to be take from card of £8.20. Checked my account and they had taken £17.45. Assumed that I would be getting part/the rest of the items so when I didn't hear anything about the 2nd half of delivery I rang them this morning.
They said the other items ordered were out of stock!! What a surprise. The rest of the order had been cancelled therefore. I should have received an email informing me of this but for some reason this never arrived with me.
I pointed out they had taken a payment of £17.45 for the one item which they had been able to do as it was under the £22.09 that I had agreed could be taken but that the £22.09 was to cover the 3 items.
Also I pointed out that in the amount they had taken was an amount of £3.95 delivery.
The person I spoke to said that as I had used more than one code they had charged me the full amount for the item that had turned up less 25% x 1. This all done without my knowledge.
I told them they could have the one item back and that I wanted to take that into a store for a refund. The problem with that being that I have a despatch note showing amount taken of £8.20 when what they have actually charged is £13.50 excl delivery.
I have managed to get the delivery charge refunded but they are looking into the other business re differing amount on despatch note.
Doubt if I will hear anything and will have to chase it up.0 -

This has happened to me too. They cancelled my other items due to them being out of stock - despite still being able to order them from their website! Anyway, I have had more money taken from my account than was on the delivery note and I am not happy at all.
Can I ask what number you rang? As I have emailed but would ideally like to get this sorted as soon as possible.0 -
Rang 0844 411 6000. Good luck. Let me know how you get on.
Followed up my call with an email although they seem to be taking days to respond to emails.0 -
I am in limbo at the moment. I ordered £221 of stuff from BHS and with discounts codes I paid a total of £107.83, I was emailed and told that this would be coming into two deliveries. I paid through paypal.
On Monday, I received a cancellation email for the whole order and was offered the 25% code and free delivery and told that may. I decided not to take this. However, 30 mins later I got a dispatch email. On Friday, my whole order turned up except one item. However, the money hasn't been taken out from my bank even though it says it has been taken on paypal.
Any ideas how long I should wait until I contact BHS?0
