Yes I don't think it says you can never use two codes together though - just that the ones we used wouldn't work together - or words to that effect.

Just had a cancellation email, and I will be taking if further. It is not on to allow some customers to have their orders and others not have theirs!0

Yes I have just emailed them with that very point. It is totally wrong that some people have their orders dispatched and other haven't. I have asked them to explain how this can happen and how they think they can get away with it. :mad:Successfully claimed back total of £2802 PPI

I suppose the ones that paid for next day delivery had their actioned before they could stop them.
