It'd be interesting to know what is being cancelled.

The order I placed for the Strawberry 2 Person Hamper (confirmation email was sent at 16:21) has been cancelled but my order for a Classic Gaggia has yet to be. (confirmation email was sent at 13:10)

I've got my fingers crossed!

PS what I've learnt from this - next time choose fast delivery.

I got my email cancelling my order too, I really needed the things I had ordered too they are a bit contradictory saying you cant use more than one code on an order but send us 2 to use if we want to continue with the transaction!

I ordered 4 tops for daughter in one order and a duvet set in another. Both cancelled.

Really disappointed it was cancelled. Would have expected them to honour it. Its also very unfair that some people's orders are not cancelled whilst others are. Have emailed them and I hope they reply! All sounds like a marketing plan from their side, wouldn't be surprised if they purposefully allow this glitch, get loads of traffic and orders, cancel them all, and then get loads of people ordering with the 25% off code.
