EXPIRED BHS - CODE STACKING GLITCH - 25% off, another 25% off, then 10% off & 10% off

Can someone post the free delivery code on the thread in the voucher forum? I've looked but can't find it on any voucher sites. I want to order a water bottle with the 25% off but £3.95 delivery is half the cost of the item!

Placed 2 orders (separate as one was electrical so only stacked the 10% codes) and received cancellation emails 24 hours apart. Both emails had the 25% off and free delivery codes for me to use and I decided to go ahead and use them. 25% off worked for one item (the hamper) but is not working for the other (the electricals item). If it does work it won't be much different to the original 10% code stack. Have contacted CS and am waiting.....

One half of my order just arrived (the part they told me they'd dispatched) and it's showing the correct discount on the invoice, but the other part of my order still hasn't been dispatched and my paypal payment is still showing as pending!

They still haven't replied to my email to them - really disappointed with BHS! How come some are getting their orders whilst others aren't?

No i can't work it out either, makes no sense to me and there doesn't seem to be a pattern.
I could understand if everyones got cancelled and even if those who chose next day delivery got their's, but it seems to be completely random as to whether you are lucky or not.

I did two orders and got cancellation emails for both but then this morning got a dispatch email for the more expensive order?? Weird but we will see if it turns up

i did one order, got email saying one part had been dispatched. figured i wouldnt get any of he items as i recieved a cancellation email. one part just got delivered. my order total was 11.50, and i checked my paypal, i have not been refunded yet. if they dont refund, it means i got the item a about a pound more expensive than the sale price. im not too bothered, cos im very happy with the item recieved. but i'll give it a few days

First order got cancelled. Second order got dispatch e-mail for part order and other part waiting. Went into paypal and payment still pending. Went into BHS account and cancelled order there but half dispatched order disappeared. So maybe something is on it's way. Maybe something might follow. Maybe payment wil be taken and maybe nothing will happen?

Looking at the facebook page it seems the people who have used the 2 codes sent in the cancellation email have had their new orders cancelled again - because they used 2 codes - which BHS sent us as way of apology :mad:

There does seem to be no pattern to it at all. My order arrived today, I didn't use the NHS discount code as I felt it was risky as its a staff discount code (I wonder if thats caused most cancellations??) and I just did standard delivery. I did use all other codes available though. I ordered 5 items so not a very big order. Did it roughly in the middle of the glitch, so not like I did it early enough to slip through the net?!

Its a real shame they didn't either just honour all the orders or cancel all of them. Sending some and not others when every order has 'breached T&Cs' is just utterly ridiculous and looks terribly bad on their part.
