Is this a legit bailiff?

They claim to be certificated bailiffs. As a "firm" they would have to be recorded as an employer. They do not show up on the certificated bailiff register at all. That coupled with the recently registered domain strongly suggests this is a straightforward scam.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I have also had this text this morning and it is regarding a car, that although I did own at the time of the alleged parking offence (April 2012), I had not driven it for 6 months and had been parked outside my property in a residential parking area with no parking restrictions.I no longer own the car as it was towed by the council last July and all fines regarding that matter were paid in full at the time.Iam so angry at this, I have 3 small children, am in the early stages of pregnancy have a child with a serious medical condition and am waiting on an op for another one of my children, my Mum's supposed to be looking after 2 of my kids at my house tomorrow afternoon and I am now going to cancel my plans as I don't want my Mum to deal with any nasties as she has enough to deal with as my Grandad died recently and we could do without any added stress GRRRRRRRR. Sorry, had to let it all out, these people just don't care about what they are doing to people emotionally

if they are certificated bailiffs you would 100% fall under the national standards for enforcement agents January 2012

omg! im so glad i found this! had exactly same txt this morning and went on site and same thing, parking fine from march last year, £60 fine and £20 fees, also says will incur a further £150 if bailiffs have to come out tomorrow! was really worried as i never had a parking ticket, no letters, nothing....my partner said to ring police and check, they said sounds iffy and put me through to fraud department and they have assured me this is a scam and nobody will be coming to my home tomorrow, they also said these people may ring and try threats and to simply tell them they have been reported and to hang up. so hopefully, no bailiffs tomorrow!
