    Try the rates page - http://www.18185.co.uk/rates.php
    Rates are in pence per minute. Calls are billed per minute rounded to the nearest penny, include VAT and are subject to change. Calls are subject to a 4p connection fee or 5p for calls within the UK. For a printable version, click here

    I used to use 1899 which is essentially the same as 18185 so knew how these deals work. That said common sense dictates that no company is going to provide completely free phone calls.

    That OP is about as accurate as an election manifesto.the GiffGaff one in particular is a classic. Ovivo give 150 mins/200 texts/400mb data per month for NOWT (Ok, the sim costs £15 but this is then applied as a credit on your account). Out of allowance costs? A darn site cheaper than GiffGaff;

    8p/min calls

    5p per text

    If unlimited free calls, texts and voicemail is required, this can be achieved for absolutely nothing by requesting two free SIM's from White mobile here.

    The fact that they use a far better network than either GiffGaff or Ovivo is an added advantage and there rates including international are very competative.

    Off network charges:
    Landline calls 3p/min
    Mobile calls 6p/min
    Texts 5p
    Data 2.5p/MB

    That's sort of assuming you only ever make calls to the one person and use no data though, unless I've missed something? In what way is that a better proposition than Ovivo anyway? With the possible exception of being on a better network (which in any way depends on where you will be using the mobile anyway)?

    Judging by the text size on their home page alluding to the connection charge I suggest this supplier instead.

    The original misguided "advice" post motioned "FREE UNLIMITED MOBILE TO MOBILE CALLS - GIFFGAFF" This would be completely free using White Mobile.

    Personally I have ruled out both GiffGaff and Ovivo because they both have pathetic 3G coverage away from highly populated areas - there is no point having "free" data (that you have actually paid for) if it is unusable when you really need to use it.

    Even at just 2.5p/mb to match even just the data part of the Ovivo deal would cost you £10/mth with White. Like I said before, the network useability is entirely dependent on where you will be using the mobile predominantly, i.e. work (home usually involves using your own wifi anyway). If you travel in the UK extensively then I agree EE is the better option. Having said that, Vodafone has improved markedly for me since they started sharing data masts with 02.
