Clearly your part of the public sector is better paid than I realise if you can accept years of pay freeze plus significant pension increases and say "are no proposed changes to my conditions, so no problem there".
Called having a job. Many private sector workers have happily taken pay cuts to find work. Many now find themselves highly employable within the public sector. As the public sector is slowly beginning to change. Management is increasingly being recruited from outside. Also quasi public sector organisations have external board members.0 -
They also ask for any bullion dealers who can offer "special rates" to email them. They're ramping silver, hoping to get a kickback from a "recommended" dealer, or a combination of the two.

Wrong on both countsClearly your part of the public sector is better paid than I realise if you can accept years of pay freeze plus significant pension increases and say "are no proposed changes to my conditions, so no problem there".
Not at all well paid, but thankfully the pay freezes were only for those earning over £20k (or thereabouts) pa.
Anywayz
