so just paid £340 off cc
not great but better than nothing. due to really bad month ms in june only paid off £360 in july
had to get another few things for the front garden as well but they are paid for already. will just need some plants for my new raised bed but will wait till find some reduced.
next month should be better as im up to £250 ms in july
so should be able to pay at least £600 next month
unfortunately overtime was cancelled the other week but i have another evening coming up
need to check cut off dates for pay as think its later for overtime so might be able to put it in for pay next month
still should be on track to get cc down to £3000 by the time i complete on new mortgage in around mid nov. will need to find the £99 fee and £70 land registry fee as well for mortgage though
in other news just bought a new light unit for my car for £18
i broke the back one as it cracked and some plastic fell off! will save me needing to pay £100 ins excess to get it fixed (got lease car so have to fix all damage).
got lots of spendy weekends coming up over next 4 weeks so really need to tighten belt on other non essentials. so far i have-
weekend 1. night out with work. weekly spends should cover
weekend 2. friends bday in london- paid for hotel and coach. will need prob £100 min spends as need taxi, dinner, lunch and night in expensive bar. will use weekly spends, advance myself following weeks weekly spends and should have extra £20 in current account
weekend 3. no plans except cooking course which was bday present from friend. spent weekly spends in week 2
weekend 4. weekend with friends- need £55 for train and prob £100 spends. train paid for from july weekend away fund but really not sure where £100 can come from as no weekly spends as is few days before payday. could advance £40 for 1st weeks spends but not sure about other £60
weekend 5- nothing but midweek wedding that week- prob £100 for petrol and hotel. £50 from aug weekend fund but not sure about other £50. can use £40 weeky spends for dinner and drinks
weekend 6- nothing
weekend 7- back to visit parents. will need to use that weeks weekly spends for petrol.
so looks like i will need to find £110 from somewhere  will prob have around £20 extra in aug pay for expenses, £25 left over after bills due to the tax increase and payrise i should get in sept will be backdated to july so hopefully another £80. can take amount needed from ms or rent money and make it up in sept.
think thats pretty good going for all those weekends and shows my weekend away fund is def helping to pay for them! once these weekends are done dont have any more planned so will try and build up a savings pot as i dont like having to borrow money earmarked for cc:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
so july update time

ms earnt- £280 :j::T
overtime- approx £60 :T
all should be paid in aug
should be getting £298 in ms payments in july and i reckon around £100 extra in wage due to mileage etc.. as well. plus £340 rent
so thats a total of approx £740 :D:beer::j:T
will use £100 for annual home insurance so should still be paying off at £640
need approx £30ish to clear a few things on cc but got some cds to list on ebay and also a dvd i won in a comp so hope to get around £20 for which will mostly cover it
think im going to take a small bottle of vodka in my handbag when i go to london next weekend just buy diet coke in the bar
should get cost down drastically! going to try and be frugalish so i dont need to use backpay when i get it and that can go towards debt.
have left all my surveys till last minute so instead of sunbathing i have 14 to do which i reckon will be at least 5 hours to finish them
still, getting £209 for them so cant complain
