so min payment made to cc so gone down to £5339.01 :)

boiler broke but is fixed now for free :) managed to avoid paying excess as it was only serviced 10 days ago :T

so debt account currently stands at £251 and i think that everything is covered. so just £75 to add to it then have got the money for the house painting. got plenty of ms payments due so hopefully can make another payment to cc.

didnt end up listing the items on intranet as couldnt be bothered :o am off work today as got some ms this afternoon and was waiting for boiler man. will photograph and write descriptions for the items and put on memory stick then go in a bit earlier tomorrow to list them. will defo add some items to ebay on sunday :p will also try and enter some comps depending on how long it takes to sort out items :A

have signed up for another mag sub that was free (after cashback) and comes with £50 gift. will stick that up when it arrives :)

forgot to add that i am only £7 away from the £200 ms target i set myself each month :j the £50 i got for todays jobs helped :D

have photographed and written up quite a few things to list on intranet. if all sell will be £49 but not hopeful they will!

whilst i town i spent £10 in 99p store and got loads of stuff i wanted for the garden such as netting to stop cats pooing on my veg, £5 worth of bulbs/seeds, hanging basket bracket, trellis, and two chilli plant pots :) have just watered the chili plant pots so hope they will spout soon. my leeks and onions have started spouting now, nothing yet for carrots and cucumbers. strawberry plants are massive now and have flowers so think its time to put the straw down. hope it doesnt rain on sat then i can do planting, weeding, net building and fence painting. front of house is getting done 17-18 june so thats exciting :)

    so its the weekend :)

got three ms booked to do today but not great fees. still it all adds up! only done/booked £63 for june so far :( not going to get that much opportunity to do that many more as family visiting next weekend and in london week after. keeping eye open for jobs i can do in my lunch break. should work out ok though as dont tend to hit exactly £200 each month, often its over or under (was £20 over last month)

i will finally be able to pay some money off my cc this week! got £340 rent coming on thur so will pay the whole amount off cc :) should have £40 wages left over but need new letterbox and door handle to put on when door painted so will use that to get them. may also get £17 for 2 ms if they are inc in next pay run, but may not be til beginning of july. then week after i should get around £50 followed by more the following week. i like getting paid by diff ms co's on diff days as means i normally get at least one payment per week so cc goes down regularly :)

ebay sales up to £20 and end tomorrow. few things not selling yet but not sure if they will or for how much. hope it goes up at least £30! also got a few things to list on intranet so maybe another £15?

been looking on the right move sold tool and it looks like prices have gone back up in my area so house should still be worth same as what i paid :T so plan is to pay as much off cc as i can by sept then dad will lend me rest to clear it so its not showing when i remortgage in oct (hope it will be down to £3k). hoping to shave nearly 2% off my current rate but mortgage payment wont go down as i want to pay the same but reduce term (as it was 40 years!!!!). should get it down to 25.

will need to sort out a payment plan for dad but i am hoping he is happy for me to start repaying in april 2014. that way i can save every spare penny to pay for india in full and spends in march so no more new debt then pay him £500pm until sept when it will be cleared. he has said hes not in a rush for it so hopefully that will be ok (he knows 100% i will pay it when i say i will).

so sept 2014 is looking to be debt free date. then i will have the fun decision of what to do with my money :D holidays are obv a given so will prob save £300pm for hols and then rest in emergency/house fund. this should still be around £300 as even if i cut ms back a bit i will have had another payrise by then. then when i remortgage 4 years later (getting 5 yr deal this time i think) if i have built up the emergency fund i could get an offset mortgage and start some overpayments. dont really want to overpay until have emergency fund as cant really get money back if i needed it so offset acc seems good compromise :)
