    It looks like ebay has given him that title based on his star ratings, as it also says a few lines below it. Which match 5 star descriptions.

    And why would they pay of people keep leaving positive feedback and not opening NPB claims?

    I did open NPB however they won't let you leave negative feedback. The options are positive, report buyer or leave feedback later. That is why everyone is leaving it under positive.

    If you read it most of them have opened cases. I got my final value fee back but there are loads of people after me so ebay are just ignoring it by the looks of it

    TRS is not calculated on a day by day basis , TRS have the same monthly review as everyone else and can also have a protected period and the system has not caught up with them yet.
