Morning everyone

Dry, bright and sunny but very windy again here this morning. Was very windy and noisy in the night. Will put washing on the line shortly, will double peg it all so it doesn't fly away!

DH up and off to work stupid early.

Dinner last night was pork chops, mash, LO cauli/broc cheese, carrots, green beans, peas and gravy, Victoria jam and cream sponge for dessert for the menfolk. Tonight will be egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, LO fried mash, for the menfolk, I will have a smoked sausage and mushroom omlette and salad. I'm being very good foodwise at the moment, and have been getting the results I want but now seem to be at a plateau - so am trying to kick start the weight loss again. I have several pieces of fish in the freezer, if I'm still not losing I will have several portions of fish next week - in the past it has assisted my weight loss.

Have all the normal chores to work my way through today - and some more besides - need to get on top of everything before the work in the bathroom starts on Monday - otherwise there will be even more mess everywhere! I'm going to the hairdressers first thing - there's been a disagreement between the owner and her main co-worker so the co-worker has left - I feel loyal to both so may go this time and then decide what I want to do. The appointment was made the last time I was there before they had their disagreement, I go on a regular basis. I don't want to get involved or take sides so may be easier just to find another hairdresser, but that's sometimes easier said than done when you find someone that cuts your hair the way you like it!

Best get going and get myself organised othewise nothing will get done!

TTFTM put the steam cleaner down and walk away:rotfl: (I've secretly begged dh to buy me one:D)
Off out with dh this morning as he has a job in town and I need a few bits and bobs, saves me trying to get there with my bad leg.
Need a quick tidy before we go.
I'm planning to crochet some more of my blanket today.
Tea last night was delish, I made a sticky sauce for the pork steaks and we had it with rice mmm.
Anyway have a good day, try and keep your hats on🌾🍃

It's mine and DGD's birthday today!:j I am 54, she is 3. We are going out for lunch with DD and SIL. Tomorrow she is having a Pirate Party at my ho0use. !4 three and four year olds:eek: Still it's only for two hours.:rotfl:

Waiting for my friend Helen now so I can open my cards. (Don't want to do it on my own) I have 25 already! I am so blessed with a great family and friends.

I'm visiting some elderly folk today so I'm not setting off till later as they are often not up and about very early
So I'm having a cuppa and surfing for a bit

Morning all.

Really blustery day here today .. Great for drying the washing though, which is good cos I've got 3 loads to do.

We had a sad start to the day, I went to let the chickens out and one of our Bantams had died the other bantam isnt an happy chappy cos he's lost his mate...
We spotted a notice in our farm shop last night advertising bantams for £3 so fingers crossed they have some left.

Not a great deal happening here today, got a few jobs to do round the house, DH is home today so he is going to get on with pointed the walls in the outbuilding ready for painting over the weekend.

Right I'm off to put the BM on & do some hoovering.

Kids all at school with packed lunches...Did have a PF clean but she called this morning to say they all have a bug...So instead i'll spend that 3hrs doing my own HW...Windier than a windy thing here so will get WM up to date.
