Complain about what exactly?

People change, things happen, you have no idea what's going on in the owners lives or what their circumstances are and frankly its none of your business.

Its not "your" house anymore and hasn't been for 18 months. Let it go.

You probably handed over the rights to the pictures when you signed the EA's contract.

If he is lucky the contract will say that they have permission to use it for marketing his property. Now it's no longer his property.
