Should I complain or see as a compliment.........

We sold our house 18months ago after 2years on the market.
I am still in contact with my old neighbour and she had said it had just gone back up for sale, been waiting for it appearing on rightmove, and alas it is there today.
Only 4 photos, 3 of which are the ones that were taken when I owned the house.
Do I have grounds for a complaint or see the funny side and take it as a compliment?

i would be interested to know how your complaint would be worded!Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Puzzled as to why would make a complaint?0

Who would you complain to, or feel complimented by?
The buyers may have come into money and wanted to upgrade, or may have been offered a job somewhere else in the country, or perhaps they've split up. Could be many reasons why it has gone back on the market again.marlasinger0 -
I would have thought the advert will get updated with a full set of photos at some point anyway , they probably used yours just to get it marketed asapNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I'm not quite sure what you would complain about and what you would hope to achieve. I'd be more interested in why they wanted to sell after a short time!0

Did you take the originals, if so, ring the estate agent.
If you didn't take them, I am not sure that there is anything that can be done.I am a LandLord,(under review) so there!:p0 -
I think it's just the initial shock of seeing, my old house with all my furniture in, my photos on the wall's ect, ect. Without knowing anything about it.
I think the potential viewers are in for a shock tho, as the house has became run down since the photos were taken and actually bares no resemblance to what it looks like now. Missing off next doors massive new extension, the garden is now and over grown jungle0 -
I'm wondering how you came across it ......are you looking to move again so soon too ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I would imagine the copyright belongs to the individual who took the pictures. Did you take them?0

Personally I'd not bother. Obviously the agent felt it better to use more attractive pictures than pictures taken in it's current state.
As long as it didn't affect me in anyway, I'd let it pass without mention.Herman - MP for all!0
