According to reports on PTS and on here, none of the £6 notes are still scanning. It seems they did have an expiry date of the end of June.
I still have 2 left from the first week, been trying to get rid of them for ages, but seem to keep choosing SAs who actually read the coupon! :rolleyes:Reclaiming for family and friends. Won 4/13 so farHSBC CC - £263.25, Halifax CC - £179.45, HFC PPI - £589.00, HSBC PPI - £498.86, Lloyds PPI 1 - £4000 -
For all you people that have the £6 clothing copon note... KEEP HOLD OF IT!!! it has an expiry date of june but not a year
so hold on to it till next year and it SHOULD scan again

Sorry, but what makes you think that Miss Money? Has there been any other reports of this happening on Tesco specific coupons?
I just dont see how that would work, even though it doesnt have a year written on it, what it says on the coupon doesnt actually have any bearing on how the barcode will scan.
The only thing is you are more likely to get an SA to try scanning it next june, but I dont think it will work.
I hope im making sense, Im starting to confuse myself nowReclaiming for family and friends. Won 4/13 so farHSBC CC - £263.25, Halifax CC - £179.45, HFC PPI - £589.00, HSBC PPI - £498.86, Lloyds PPI 1 - £4000 -

1st of all, YES it has haapened before when a coupon is valid for a certain month but not a year then it has scanned the next year....(has ahppened on tesco's coupons and sainsburys )the coupon is valid in june only which is why its not scanning now.... but seeing as there have been coupons that have scanned the next year after going out of date im keeping hold of mine!

I'm really not sure about this and don't think it's worth keeping them. AFAIK, once a voucher barcode has been blocked at the Tesco till it's not going to be unblocked a year later. But I will eat my words next year if you all start saying they do scan again.
I posted on PTS that I may have started this rumour unintentionally with one of my posts?*
I said that I was keeping some SAINSBURYS spend & save vouchers that have no year printed on them, but that's because these will ALWAYS scan in Tesco. They will scan right now but I don't want to be picked up for using OOD coupons, and I have lots of manufacturers and DM ones to use anyway. So that's why I kept them (but only those ones).
* Just found that post on the previous page of this very thread....PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
