I bought something from CDWow last night and also got the Paynova screen - there is a note on the screen explaining the following: if you right-click on the screen and select 'Properties' you will see the URL complete with HTTPS:. I'm assuming it's some sort of Flash or Java form (I'm not into coding!)

Yes, I investigated a bit further and on a few business forums they said that if you use "frames" when setting up a website it wasn't possible to show the padlock etc so it must be the way CD Wow have written their website which is the problem rather than the lack of security. It must be putting off a lot of customers though. I don't know enough about it either, hope that makes sense.

  • jeez, my little ray of sunshine, pigsback, has now been a storm cloud for over a week now. The clickthroughs are fine, but its full of problems. me thinks that Pigsback IT team are a shambles. Why bother giving the site a facelift? They've unsuccessfully tried to fix what wasn't broken. Im sick of having to clear my cookies and temp files just to work with the site. I wont be purchasing via Pigsback for a long time, if I ever do again. Bring back the old Curly.............vote now!!!!

I have no doubt, that Pigsback read this thread.....

Curly and his minions have been working very hard on the new Pigsback.com! Check out 'What's New Today?' and 'What's Hot to Trot?' to see the finest prizes, products and offers Curly can muster! But don't worry, old favourites like 'Featured Offers' are still hanging around!

And if you think we're done, think again! Keep your eyes peeled for 'Pigsback Local' and 'Bonanza Week'!

Do they mean the sites, done with (finished) :p or done with as in nothing new to add!.

Yups, we have been saying pigsback is done, aww. Curly must be heartbroken, poor little thing

Still not getting any points added when ordering trough CD-WOW and WOW Woman.
Did you use an e-voucher when you placed any of your orders? For some irritating reason, Pigsback won't pay out if you used a voucher of any description.
