I've been waiting five hours for my validation code to arrive so I can get a voucher - is this normal?! If it takes this long every time, then I'm never going to be able to get a voucher cos I don't have enough time every evening to wait for it to arrive!

Edit: never mind, it's arrived now... about time too! (I did put the 44 instead of the 0 as well, no idea what took so long)

Has anyone got an e-mail address that works for contacting Pigsback?

I still seem to be short of some (2300) points. I can see them if I log in to Pigsback.co.uk but not in .com - anyone else still missing any points?

Also I cannot get into my Piggybank on .com - it says my password is incorrect (but it let's me log in with it!)

If I click on the "Support" button I get bombed out of IE completely.

there's been no new quizzes for days now. :rolleyes:

This wonderful new site they promised has turned into something of a shambles, IMO. If you ever wanted to drive users away, they are going the right way about it. I find it very hard to believe that a company can't get their collective act together better than this on what is only the launch of a new look for the site, not a complete overhaul!
