Thanks Babafette! No - just straight orders. After I posted my points were magically added. I think there is a delay at either PB or WOW (maybe both) at the moment due to all things happening with both of them. As long as the points get added I'm happy, even if it takes 7-10 days!

Hi, I ordered a CDWOW voucher on 18th June but not received it yet :mad: Has anyone else had to wait this long? Do they usually email it to you?

It takes approximately 3 days under normal circumstances but these days things tent to take between 7-10 days. You can find the voucher under rewards when available and they also send you an e-mail telling you the reward is available.

From their help section:

How are rewards delivered?

(i) Postal rewards are delivered to your confirmed postal address within two weeks.
(ii) Electronic rewards are delivered to your 'Collect Rewards' page within three days of ordering. An email is sent to you once the code is ready for collection along with a link to 'Collect Rewards'.
(iii) Charity donations made with your PiggyPoints are sent by Pigsback.com to the charity on a monthly basis.
(iv) Any other non-postal/non e-code rewards will have details of delivery listed when you order.
