The explanation is that they have launched a new site today and it is teething troubles. If you don't recieve your voucher in a week or so, email them0 -
No.I'm not, but I'm nearly at £10, so was wondering whether to order voucher, when i reach £10, or wait till nearer xmas, as this is what I want them or.
I have been ordering vouchers as soon as I have enough points, and I put them away in a little box ready for xmas spending. But thats because I am such a pesimist and always worry that I could suddenly lose all my points if PB went bust or their computers blew up!!!:rotfl:
Save them up or cash them in....either is fine. But as someone else has said, points only stay valid for a year, so make sure you dont save for too long and lose out.
EDIT...just noticed that my post count is 666.....does this mean I get to do something really evil??? Mwahahahahaha......2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -
I've just tried to order a John Lewis voucher... it accepts it, but once orders says i've ordered a Xtra-vision DVD voucher, not a John Lewis voucher!
I don't know what a Xtra-vision DVD voucher is, but i don't want one of those.
Any ideas what their email address is, as i can't seem to find it onsite, to let them know.
Thanks.
there isnt an email address any more...click on this link (found through the help page/support) then click on can we help and it brings up an enquiry pp up for you to type in your problem...

I would just suggest that anyone with enough points to order vouchers waits a few days for the site to get sorted. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Bum, I pressed thank you rather than quote! Have a free thanks on me
Anyway, I think it was just before Christmas when they put the voucher down from 1150 points to 1000, I asked them at the time if this was permanent and they said it wasn't. I don't know if they've changed their mind, but it's worth bearing in mind that the 'piggy price' of vouchers may go up (or indeed down) at anytime! :-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
Hello, is there anywhere I can check the status of the vouchers I ordered?
I ordered some john lewis vouchers last week, but in the area "Collect rewards" it says "No reward codes have been issued to your account." What does that mean exactly??
Many thanks!
I think the collect rewards area is only for electronic vouchers (e.g. CD WOW) where you get issued with a code. John Lewis are paper vouchers so I don't think anything will appear in there for you (although you should have something appearing in the letterbox in the next week or so, as in the real one not the virtual one!) :-) Hope that helpsComping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
I ordered a boots voucher earlier and it shows in my piggybank as -1000pts.
My total is still 1020pts.............I assume it will be deducted later..........shame!LOL
I quite like the new site but i suppose only time will tell if its better.
I got 6cts today so i am a very happy piggy,hopefully with a voucher on its way!:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
YAY, Clickthroughs are back!
So they must've been busy with the new look? Maybe the CT's will come back.0
