No.I'm not, but I'm nearly at £10, so was wondering whether to order voucher, when i reach £10, or wait till nearer xmas, as this is what I want them or.

I waited until I had £20, but it's all the same really. Don't forget if you're an older piggy points you earned last year might come up for expiry so you'd have to order a voucher then to use them up.

u don't think i should email them yet then?

i'm just a bit worried that they post out the voucher, and then it'll be too late to change it for correct voucher.

obviously their IT dept have got other issues to sort out, but you don't think the other pigsback depts will continue with their normal functions? i suppose it depends how big the company is...

do u think i'm being over-concerned about it? (haven't emailed them yet, seeing what people's thought are on it).

You can make the thread have fewer pages if you change the default setting of 10 posts per page to 40 posts - look at the USER CP in the green band (this runs horizontally across the page, it's midway Martins photo and the start of this post) from there find 'edit options' then look down the page of things you can do to alter how you view MSE and you'll find 'thread display options' so you can change the post count to 40 post per page.

I am no expert by any means, but maybe a quick email saying your order seems to have gone wrong, and explaining which voucher you DID want would'nt be a bad idea. The vouchers dont tend to get sent out for a day or 2 anyway (sometimes it can take weeks) so this should prevent you being sent the wrong one. Even if they dont get your email in time, and you get the wrong voucher, I am sure they will realise that there have been problems with todays orders and sort it out for you
