    Why email them today? They're probably working their little butts off to get it all fixed and working. Wait a day or two and try again.

    true, but i don't want them to post out the wrong voucher.

    I'm guessing that it'll be a different dept posting out the vouchers & the IT dept sorting out the voucher ordering problem.

    I'm thinking that once they post the voucher out, they'll say its too late to change the voucher, and i really don't want a xtra-vision dvd voucher (whatever that is!)

    Yup same here, probably take them a day or so to sort things out. Lots of CT's today, they must have been saving them up.
