Hello, is there anywhere I can check the status of the vouchers I ordered?
I ordered some john lewis vouchers last week, but in the area "Collect rewards" it says "No reward codes have been issued to your account." What does that mean exactly??

It means that they haven't got round to updating the history yet. They're probably working on other things right now! I'm sure they'll turn up. My Boots vouchers turned up in four working days.0 -

does anyone know how long the boots vouchers are valid for?
They done have a 'use by' date...they are the same as any gift voucher you would buy in store....
...BUT, maybe today is not the best time to put your voucher/reward orders in? Give the PB team a day or 2 to sort out the new site, to avoid any 'oh god, it says I have ordered the wrong voucher, I must email them' type stuff??
