I dont think the wife is against BR she thinks we could rise again but the issue is that she thinks its the only option versus BR and to try one last time to protect house

I agree with CTC it would get to almost 1400 a month thats without council tax and housing benefit. Cap is now 500 a week per couple.0 -

If you deliberately quit a role for any reason then you cannot get JSA i think0

Sorry Tigerfeet, because I do not claim anything other than working tax and child tax credits I am a bit out of the loop. In fact I have to phone them up to tell them I am now redundant or they will throw me in clink!

ox means if he was to quit his job he would be sanctioned by the dwp and there would be a delay in recieving jsa. im not sure how dwp would see it if a person lost a job because of bankruptcy though.What has "this role" got to do with JSA please I am now totally confused.:eek:James tucker
