Glad you had a good time, I bet at least 3lb of the gain is sodium baby weight, drink lots of water 2+ltr a day for a couple of days & see it disappear.
I've lost 15lbs in the last 2 month with another 40 to hopefully go before holiday in mid october so am on a mission too. it helps now I can finally exercise after 2 months (foot op) so will ramp it up. We can do it.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Weight: worked out my next goal - to lose around 3lbs a week and aiming for goal check at the end of September.
Hopefully on Oct 1st I will have lost 22.5lbs, weighing 14st 5lbs.
This target may be a bit ambitious and I may have to adjust it, but it is a good goal for me.
It will take me til 1st Sept to get back to where I was a week ago and I am hoping for a good start and to forge ahead quickly in the next couple of weeks, as it will get harder and harder over time.Total debt [STRIKE]£23,967[/STRIKE]\ £19,190. DFD: Feb 2015.

Not a good month so far.
I haven't lost any weight since returning from holiday - I haven't had the incentive of fitting into those clothes
I will have to get myself motivated in the next couple of weeks.
Calculated my DFD again today and that has slipped a month into Jan 2015
Again I need to get back on track, stop spending and then I should be able to regain that month and more!
Finally the £200 I was saving in Amazon vouchers for Christmas is now down to £30. I don't mind that as I spent it on things we needed. But I will have to build it up again - and only a few months to go. My aim is to get it up to £200 by Christmas.Total debt [STRIKE]£23,967[/STRIKE]\ £19,190. DFD: Feb 2015.

Only a week to go until payday so I have just updated my signature to include payments I will make at the end of this month.
Good news:
My debts have dropped below £20k .
My Amazon vouchers have jumped up to £48.
Only 5 more payments of my biggest loan to go!
Bad news:
Haven't lost any more weight.
Still only rated 2/5 on Noodle.
Only 3 more paydays till Christmas
Looking forward to the bank holiday now :TTotal debt [STRIKE]£23,967[/STRIKE]\ £19,190. DFD: Feb 2015.

Just redid all my finances, recalculating my balances etc. Nudged the balance I owe back over the £20k mark to £20,264.

Oh well it will definately drop below the £20k mark next month. :T
I haven't got back into dieting mode yet so no good news there.
But I am in a much better place now than I was a year, or even a couple of months ago :cool:Total debt [STRIKE]£23,967[/STRIKE]\ £19,190. DFD: Feb 2015.
