It just bugs me when subscribers don't get the freebies.. I know the price is discounted, but you get less than someone buying in store.
I also got the bangle with my Sub Marie Claire. I also got a free white bag, and a free blue bag, not sure who wit but I suspect one of them was Easy Living.
I know you don't get the sub gift from Company mag, maybe we should have a little list of who gives the gift with a sub and who doesn't?Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -

please can someone explain the whs card to me? Thanks
You need to apply for a card think you can do this on the Wh Smiths website or get a leaflet in store Then every time you biy something at smiths show the card & they swipe. Every now and again the give a voucher to show and get 200 or 250 points.
A good ploy is to have 2 cards and get 2 lots of points - then the points can be used instore.
Good luck!0 -

Unintended_Muse wrote: »After all the comments about the bangles with Marie Claire being too small, I thought that just for a change there'd be something that fit me.. but no.. they're too big! The curse of skinny wrists.
Can anyone please tell me if you still get the cover mount gifts if you subscribe to Marie Claire regardless of package? I'm thinking about the £10.99 every 6 month subscription.
I subscribed to She for £12 a year a while ago, and you don't get the freebies from them.
I bought marie clare today at Mr T's. I used the 1.90off voucher that you print off - thanks OP! (tried using it in WHS yesterday, but sharp eyed SA spotted I was buying the august copy, not the july edition and she wouldn't accept it!) The bangles are a perfect fit, which is a surprise as most peeps have reported they are either too small or too big...aren't they ugly though? LOL0 -

I forgot to mention in my earlier post regarding WHS points, that I often save a couple of newspaper moc's (e.g. for marie clare, red or harpers) and buy 2 magazines, hand over 200p voucher with clubcard. Then hand over 2 moc's and total to pay is usually 2.00, effectively making the magazines FREE!0
