Finally managed to get my hair washed, that nearly killed me!!

Tiddlies playing outside in the very windy garden!

DS3's trip paid for, I had to ring to get the login stuff for DD3 so I can't do hers just yet because I an Queen of Scattyland!

I need to ring the builder and sort the kitchen ceiling still.. it just keeps getting put off because there is more and more stuff needs doing in the bathroom! I need to trot to B&Q for some upstand stuff, to avoid more tiling :p then I can get the shower back in action.

OH reloading the DW and finding worksurfaces... I might show willing and go wipe them once they are visible.. then again.. I might not :p I might delegate it to DD2 seeing as she is not going out tonight as she was late for school this morning .. this is the one consequence we have found which works :D

Lunch time I think.. I am starving for some reason, I am sure I have worms or something I am always ravenous!

I have finally got a smart phone (well, smart-ish, couple of GCSEs only ;) ) and have spent several days trying to load an app. I now have it - to count knitting rows

What is it about a bit of commonsense that finally helps the penny to drop? I don't knit, but I now realise that I will, eventually, be getting a smart phone. I've always thought it was one of the things I could go to my grave without needing to own, but there will be an app, probably not yet written that I won't be able to live without one day. When I know what it is, I'll get a smartphone, so thanks for that PP.

Dog decided that she had to be with me this morning while I was pegging out the washing in the yard, and there's a muddy puddle just by the back door. Today the whole area of carpet around the back door has about two dozen muddy paw prints on the carpet because she decided she had to trot back and forth about a dozen times. Normally it would just be one or two. I think she's made the decision to make her mark - she must have heard me discussing her morphine dose with OH.
    Better is good enough.

A gentle (((huggle))) for Dog, from one morphine user to another.;)

Still on essential S&S only this week; Mary's here til Friday, so I'm still working in a sea of newspaper (which proved its worth again this morning, when she couldn't hold on long enough to be lifted outside), so normal Flying will, hopefully, resume next week.

Mower burst into flames yesterday when Mr LW was using it.:eek::eek::eek::eek: So that's been declared dead and carted off to the tip, and Mr LW has retrieved his old mower from the loft. Doing that was a game, involving lowering it down secured on an old sash-cord.

So I am now officially unable to do any mowing, as the one retrieved from the loft is one of those rides-on-a-cushion-of-air jobbies, and I can't use one of those because I need to be able to lean my weight on a mower if I use one, like you would a wheeled walking frame, iyswim.

So.... no more lawn-mowing for me!!:T:T:T:T Probably just as well, because I nearly put myself in hospital last time I did it!:( And of course, that's another bit of clutter out of the loft.;):D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

glad MrLW is alright and you got the mower down OK

took bag of comics to school for the wet play cupboard and tomorrow im taking a net canopy thing and a couple of big plastic signs for the outdoor play area.

spoons are all rinsed off now and look shiny again, going up to bag the sheets and towels id put in the spare room and forgotten about. will bung them on freecycle as they'd be ideal for an animal sanctuary type place but none near us.
