We are having a dvd day too thanks to the rain and having no money this week. Will do some kind of baking but not sure what yet, your Vicky Sponge sounds lovely!

Cooking done -

Rhubarb and plum crumble.
cheese and red onion quiche.
Jam tarts.
Coconut sandwich cake (instead of victoria sandwich).

So thats tea time sorted, just need to make a salad as we have potato salad and coleslaw made in the fridge, nom nom.

Have also done a basket of Ironing, fed all the animals, cleaned bathroom and hoovered through.

Kids are vegged out watching icarly.

Now off to check surveys....................................

Lol.... I'm sat watching icarly right now too :-). So funny!

I've also spent part of my day ironing.... The living room curtains Aaaaargghhh! They are so so fiddly....anyway, all done now and the room looks brighter somehow :-)

Think I might have a baking day tomorrow..... Again another one with not much money, so we will have a few days indoors..... The weather is too wet for anything much else really.

So funny, how our day to day lives mirror each other..... Are you sure you are not me in a alternate universe? Lol.

I think my family were more Sunderland way, not seen them in about 25 years, lost contact after my uncle ran off with another woman:eek: I was only young so not sure the ins and outs of the family politics IYSWIM.

But I'm going to pretend we are long lost cousins as we are far too similar :rotfl:.

Kids are driving me bonkers, If they are not bored, they are bl**dy well starving:mad:.
