Afternoon all, just having a quick catch-up of diaries.
DD has had a lovely birthday so far, she has received some lovely presents and lots of cash, has had a tea party at lunch time, we have had family around (now all left) and she has gone for a bath as she wanted to se some lush goodies she has got for her birthday.
I am exhausted been up since 7am, made a birthday cake, quiche, sausage rolls, had a mad clean round and hung out 2 loads of washing before guests arrived.
We are having a Indian takeaway for tea as a birthday treat, although I have some samosa in the freezer for a starter and when I was in sainsbug yesterday noticed that there indian products were on offer for 3 for £3, so bought some poppodoms, mango chutney and naan breads, so this should keep costs down.
I have sold an item on ebay for £20, so as soon as the buyer has paid I can pay it off CC and I have also requested a £10 payment from a survey site but this will take 2 weeks to hit paypa1.
Havn't decluttered any more items today, going to have agood tidy round tomorrow though.0 -

Wow you have been very busy!!
Happy birthday to DD; sounds like she had a brilliant day but an exhausting one for you!!
Am loving the bits to go with the takeaway idea.
was proud of myself as I resisted a takeaway last night and instead had a mushroom omelette and salad which was gorgeous! And some amazing Gu cheesecake
Hope you have a relaxing evening and decent nights sleep!
xx

Good morning all and thankyou for your kind birthday messages.
I have been awake since 6.15am as I forgot to turn off my alarm:mad:, anyway I've been sat sorting money and doing thins weeks meal plan, the house is also lovely and quiet as both children are still fast asleep
.
Mission declutter has continued, item 8 was a box of chocolates, eaten by me last night and packaging in recycling:D. Items 9,10,11 and 12 are bits for the charity shop which are in a bag by the front door ready to drop off when I go to p0st office later.
3bay item has been paid for, so I have sent £20 to mr T CC.
Take away was delish last night, we also got a free bottle of wine as it was over £35 (spent £36.70), wine was lovely as well. there is some sauces, rice and poppodoms left over so that's my lunch for today and the kids are having the leftover party food
.
I need to make some soup today, also bread and cakes. If I get chance I'm also going to turm the beetroot I got in Friday's veggie box into chutney, the last lot has all gone and was delish.
so plans for today are -
post office/charity shop.

, I will count this as one item though.
Item 13 - 34 plastic lids into recycling box.
Also done the chickens and the guinea pigs and started soup
