depends which butlins, skegness standard apartments have 2 bedrooms and a shower but no microwave. we upgraded to silver which wasnt that much dearer but was an overall much nicer apartment. either way you'll love butlins its ace!!! :j

Yes I managed to get Minehead for August too so very happy with that, however I also noticed afterwards that I could have got half board for the price of self catering. How annoying lol!

Just checked on butlins website and if I booked direct with them it would have cost £840! Fantastic saving so many many thanks to those for posting the last code word!

When I first tried I entered 4 dates (only 3 we could actually do) and 4 parks. It gave me the 4th date (that we didn't want) and the 3rd park. So just changed that 4th date to 22 July and left everything else the same and then it gave me our 1st park and 1st date. Yey! Don't know why it didn't just give us that to start with!

But anyway if it hasn't shown your favourite park yet maybe fiddling around with the dates will bring it up...it worked for me.

It has always worked for me just by entering 3 parks and 3 dates and I always fiddle around then by leaving the 3 dates that I want and then changing just the 1 park at a time and I have always managed to get my first choices every time.
