Are you splitting your reference code 6 then 3?
I used all uppercase when I typed in the codes

a huge huge thank you to hard working mse's who started the thread, created the spread sheet, provided us numpties with info and reassurance and finally cracked the code, not to forget as always the laughs,

You don't need the spreadsheet!
The codeword is AB12

Yes I'm splitting my reference number using upper case and still can't get through do you put AB12 in or is there a word and my reference code is 7 plus 3
