I couldn't get in on my pc but could on my tab, someone else managed to get in on there mobile. So if you can try on another device.

Sorry, that right. have you double checked spelling of all words, or tried google chrome instead of IE?

I have same problem, tried on laptop, phone and iPad but no luck. I've double-checked all spellings but only thing is that I phoned fir a priority code, I wasn't sent one through the post. Wondering if that's what the problem is?

Any help is gratefully received!

have booked online with sun before (back in Jan 13), but didnt get a letter or email through this time.

I've tried to log into website using my reference code from jan 13 letter and all of the code words incl AB12 but I keep getting a message at the top of my screen saying "No Premailer Records Found".

Has anyone ever had this message before, what do I do ?

It means your Jan code won't work.
you could try phoning 0844 245 8099 to see if they will give a current priority code in the morning.

i got butlins noticed after i could of got half board for the same price as self catering. does anyone know how much the extras are for 4 people? im so excited going for my daughters 1st birthday can neer usually afford to go in august.

Thanks I had just assumed that the number could be used each time, didnt realise it changed with a new promotion

Sorry - new to this and desperately need to get a sun holiday or we won't be going anywhere!

How do you get a priority code in the first place?

I've bought all the papers thinking I had a good a chance as any and now I've come across this thread and am panicking I won't get anything.

Thanks to everyone for sharing the codes, so kind of you, wish I had seen this sooner.

Does anyone know if I have any chance at all of getting something in the school hols without a priority code? would it be worth my while buying one from eBay or are they specific to the person they're addressed to?

When I saw this offer in Martin's e-mail I got excited that we might be able to have a holiday after all but am beginning to realise I have little chance if even those of you with priority are struggling to get them.
