Used to be with the Phone Coop when I was on dial-up. Superb, non-profit company; technical support is a lo-call number, and you are always connected straight to a very knowledgeable person - no "press 1 for this and 2 for that." Only left them when I moved to BB cos I'm a pensioner, and you have to pay for all the hardware, and the monthly is a bit expensive, and I just couldn't afford it.

Now with Tesco 1meg unlimited. Not the cheapest, but free tackle, and in 2 years never had a minutes trouble. Also, as far as I know, the only people where unlmited means exactly that - no hidden 'fair usage' clauses and no 'shaping'. Just as well, cos it's not uncommon for me to D/L half a Gig a day!
