I like this one......of mice and men is my favourite ever novel! I hope there's some comparisons somewhere. That would be a good discussion. I have to say this read a book ( both me and DS2 read the same book seperately) and discuss is very successful. We are actually having meaningful conversations Recommended to me by our speech therapist for anyone with communication difficulties. Try it if that's you

Fairclaire - just to add to my earlier post. I've just read the preview to Blue Bottle Mystery on Google Books and I started crying, at work!

I have exhibited many of the traits shown by the teacher in the preview and my DS2 must be so confused! I guess we all have to start learning somewhere. Well my learning starts today. I've ordered the three in the series from Amazon, surprisingly not in Kindle format because I want everyone in the family to read them, and then his class mates.

It's not a savvy buy as such, but I really hope it's a life changing one.

This may be store specific but I thought I would mention it.
The Lego friends little bag sets that have been reduced to 75p are going through the till at £2.95 so you are paid a good amount to take them away
