I need your help please. My Mum joined caesars for the cashback at the weekend. I didn't accept the bonus and mines tracked. She deposited £10 and accepted the bonus (£20). She played through all of this and didn't win a thing. Her cashback however has not tracked and on her account information it says

Balance available to withdraw £0.00
Balance unavailable to withdraw £0.00
Your bonus will expire on 21 May 2013
You have met 75% of your wagering requirement
Your total balance is £0.00

I emailed them about this and this was their reply:

With regards to your wagering requirement, this is always double the bonus that you have received. This means that as your Welcome Bonus was for £20, your requirement was set at £40 to begin with.

From your account, we can see that you have only played a total of £30 on your Bingo games so far, meaning that you would not have met the wagering requirement as you would have had £10 left to spend.

In relation to your Welcome Bonus, as this has now expired all wagering requirements have been removed. This will allow you to withdraw any winnings you may have without restriction.:mad:


Can anyone make any sense out of this ie. should she still get her cashback? I don't see how she could have played through anymore than £30 as that was the £10 she put in plus the £20 bonus or am I missing something? Maybe this is only relevant had she won something?

Hope i'm right here but the wagering requirement is only relevant to withdrawing winnings. As long as you have deposited £10 and played it through you have satisfied the conditions for cashback. HTH:)

I'm just hoping that this guys behaviour, when seen on CCTV, shows that I'm the innocent party and it doesn't seem like a situation where both of us get tarred with the same brush:eek:. I'm sure that the other whoopsiers would come to my defence though.:D

Thats true, i've just finished 4 12 hour nights and have caught up since yesterday tea time. Reading back 10 pages or so only takes 15 mins which is the time someone would be sat waiting for a reply anyway

ahhh, thanks for that I did wonder but coupled with no tracking as of yet thought it may be an issue. My husband played after my Mum and his has tracked :mad:

3 members of my family have played and have taken between 1 and 4 days to track so don't give up yet:)

As long as the £10 has been deposited and played Cash back will/should be paid regardless of winnings welcome bonus etc... I have accepted the bonus on all my bingo cash back and all tracked, I cashed my ceasers out a few days ago, hth..
