Sanex glitch worked for me last night bought 6 at £1.79 BOGOF and got 3 at £2.48 deducted then used 2 quit B&M £1.25 coupons to leave cost 80p for 6 sanex.

I did quite a good shop too ( in with my regular weekly shop , so with an SA )

I bought 3 x timotei shampoo £1.65 each
3 x timotei conditioner
1 x John F sachet 98p


total before gogof £10.88 after bogof £5.93

I used the following vouchers

1 x £1.50 John F. SB
1 x £2.50 SB
2 x £1.00 H&B
1 x £2.50 H&B
2 x £1.25 new quits
3 x 50 points SB


so £ 5.07 off my shop

However when I got to the car and checked my receipt I noticed she had not scanned the JF £ 1.50 (but taken it IYSWIM).. I ummed & ahhed as to whether or not to go back in , but figured I'd pushed my luck enough. so left it at that .After all it was still £3.57 off and I used a couple of MOCs too. I then noticed she'd put my carrier bags at 10 more than I'd used.....which kind of made up for it .

I take a box of toiletires and sell for for £1 each to parents , or 6 fo £5. Excellent fundraiser. After all , those boys need a good wash now and then - most Mum's pay willingly. The Lynx go well as to the mouthwash when on offer as so many of them have braces.

Expiry date of 02/07/07 and has a 99 bar code.

It does say on it though only to be used in Tesco on the Ambi Pur.

Is it likely to work in Tesco against other things or even in Asda etc against anything either?

I found some at the till so gave it a go.. it didn't scan

Just had a call from Impulse!!
Turns out they want to send couriers out next week; not because they don't believe i have it, but it would take me a long time to safely dispose of it, as they only recommend 2 aerosols in each binbag.
I informed her i was on holiday for 2 weeks which confused her and she went on to ask if i lived near a tip. Well as luck would have it theres one just down the road and i wouldn't mind taking them along if it saved them sending a courier!
Maybe everyone else with impulse should go on holiday next week too.

Also managed to find some of the SB booklets so have 5 of them spare and 2 quit kits.

Managed to get quite a bit today - DH was well chuffed - lol

I've just had a phone call from Unilever re. collection of my 12 cans.

She asked me twice if I'd received my vouchers, I said yes.

She told me to put them in a shoe box or padded envelope suitable for a courier to take away, and gave me the address to write on it.

She asked what day was suitable for the courier to pick 'em up then said they'd come any time between 9 & 5.

I told her I was going out in the afternoon.

She asked if I could leave them on the front doorstep. I said no.

She said if I missed the courier I could dispose of them, no more than 2 @ a time, and with a weekly bin collection that would take 6 weeks.....or I could distribute them amongst neighbours to dispose of them.(!)

I did leave my box with Impulse cans on the frontdoor step today and when I got back it had gone. I had told the lady on the phone when arranging the pickup that I would appreciate a receipt for them, but no receipt was posted through the door. But as it happens it doesn't look like they want proof of the quantity of cans at all, as they send out the coupons before receiving your cans . Let's hope it was the courier that took my box and not someone else as they would be in for a smelly surprise .
