The sender has to put in the claim for post that goes missing. Your local Post Office counter can give you the form for this. You can sometimes get compensation but I'm not sure if that would cover moc's.. you can but ask.

I had a small item sold through e-bay [normal post] go missing and completed a form. I supplied proof of the contents value and was compensated, which I then passed on to my buyer.

In the meantime you could send a photocopy of your proof of posting to the person you were sending the vouchers too as proof and tell them that you are completing a Royal Mail form to try and get them found.

Post goes astray all the time and its not your fault. Its just one of those things.

Yeaah!! I stubbled across one of these clothing vouchers just sitting there when i picked up a basket. It had spend me written all over it!! Thanks to all posters got ... and i found one more in the car park. Shame it ends today!!

i just bought the razor pack, venus at £10.63. i used a couple of vouchers (£2.50 HB and £2.50 SB - that was all i had) but the £1 off £4 toiletry HB didn't work - are razors classed as beauty? just in case this affects anyone else's buying decisions i thought i'd mention it. but i needed a razor so at around a fiver this was still worth buying.

Ok I am new to this but really want to give it a go.

Went to TESCO tonight and did shopping. Went to the garage and they had loads of the new quit packs. I picked up 2 and was laughing with the guy behind the counter when he said "take more there are loads of cool vouchers in them" so I have come away with 5 of the new quit packs.

Can I use the 2 vouchers of £1.25 off £5 and £2.00 off £8 together ???

If so I need to work out a few deals and get DH trained and over to TESCO tomorrow !!

Yes they would have taken the coupon off like cash(and you could of used multiple regardless of spending, go back if you can you've got till midnight ), and they've never come out like this before, always had to buy clothing, they come out quite regular, hopefully they'll be some new ones again soon, as many stores got these ones. The main thing with the clothing coupons (like H&B) you can use different barcoded coupons together, this is how you end up with free or near free items. HTH

If you've just got the quit packs, then on an £5 before BOGOF spend you can use 1 £1.25 T&B, the £2 off £8 one is for healthcare, so couldn't be used together. try reading the first post and dipping into this thread to help you get a better idea of how to do it.

We are not supposed to swap on this thread. If you go on the website Paid to Shop, you can list your new quit with a request to swap for H&B etc. Hope thishelps.
