TESCO H&B COUPONS - New Thread *See First Post for UPDATES*

I've rung the impulse recall line twice now, once for myself for 2 cans and then again for my daughter (aged 17) who'd bought 4 cans which I didn't know about and was too shy to ring !

Did anyone else get the impression it was a very shoddy operation ? The girl I spoke to first was clueless and I could hear lots of giggling in the background, the guy I spoke to the second time started laughing at something someone said during our call - it seemed like I was ringing someone's house not an office !

I was told to wait 14 days for the vouchers - so well see - not expecting much, after that I'll try the old offensive - I work for a TV company and if I ever complain via my work email I tend to get a very swift and satisfactory response !

Could you not use the £1.25 qp h&b and 2 40p Colgates together add a bar of soap to make it a fiver then you'd only pay 23p or so for the Colgate.

Got lots of vouchers from the Quit packs today and had a go at this...I did ok and managed a few vouchers via self scan with a bit of 'Oh my God how many have you put through?' from the SA....she only took one off tho - I do feel I paid a bit too much so better luck next time...

£43 b4 bogofs taken off, then £7 in vouchers off

Seems to me that self scan let's you do 3 coupons before asking for SA to confirm it - so I did ok doing 6!

I'd rather use the h&b voucher on lynx or deodorant,but cheers :beer:
Got lots of cheap toothpaste last time,but wanted to stock up again,it soon goes down with 3 kids using it,they don't know the meaning of the word sparingly !!

called impulse last week and nobody calls me back too and i am too busy to chase them up, will leave it for a while and see what happens.

bought a few t kid's bubble fruit sparkling toothpaste 75ml £0.51 each, use 40p colgate coupons and pay a little bit for the balance. happy brushing.

*sign... wonder when will the so beautiful and new quit arrive in wales. nothing has been put into the gondola display thing.

I saw some new quits in a west Wales petrol station and even found some old quits today, but no So Beautiful anywhere.

I found quit packs in the garage, on the pharmacy counter and on the top shelf in the first aid section today

did you use the new quit colgate 40ps? My mum bought the bog standard colgate 83p one and the till wouldn't let the new quit pack one come off, SA said to her "oh you must have to buy that exact one on coupon", she also used other coupons so SA had totalled the bill. Anyone else had this prob?

it should come off if it's a Colgate Total 100ml, if not take it to customer service
