Need help to find out what I am owed

Ryan just ignore them, there is a lot of abuse for people who work.
I forgot what the question was, oh yeah you will get child benefit as your salary is less than £50k but that is all. It might be an ideal time to think about buying a house as prices are low, you could choose one which will be suitable for your partners needs or have it adapted.0 -

Thank you for the advice. I have been looking at buying a new build under the 95% scheme, but I have to stay within easy travel distance of her mothers and in this area new builds are normally 3 - 4 bedrooms and outwith my price range.
I am currently saving all my excess money for the baby and for a deposit on a house.0 -
Hiya when baby arrives you will be entitled to child benefit but you earn too much to claim tax credits. Good luck with the birth of lil one hope it all goes well for you and your partner.Jan 2015 GC £267/£260
Feb 2015 GC /£2600 -

Why would you pay two rents, if she receives housing benefit and council tax benefit?ryanmurphy wrote:The reason we haven't moved in together permanently is that her mother and I both act as her carers
Why would this make a difference unless you are both claiming carers allowance?Fred - Where's your get up and go?
Barney - It just got up and went.

If I moved in with her she would no longer be entitle to claim housing benefit, therefore I would be paying her rent and my rent at the same time as well as council tax for both properties.
Neither myself or her mother claim carers allowance as we both earn too much.0 -

No as I do not know what I am entitle to (or my partner) when the baby arrives, or have you completely missed the entire point of this thread?
Throughout the course of the thread (ignoring flamers and idiots of course) I have learned that I am entitle to nothing nor is she. Fair enough.
I knew beforehand that if I moved in with her that her housing benefit and council tax benefit would be affected, however that was never part of my question was it?0 -

You could use this - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/family/benefits-check - and put in the figures as if you were living together and the baby had arrived.0
