God knows what's gone so, so wrong this year :/

They have to pay out every year so dont know why they dont develop a system that works. I wonder if we could fine them £100 for late repayment and then £10 a day for every day its late further haha;)

I'm sure if we were multi-national corporations, worth billions, we could invite the HMRC in for discussions on special tax relief programmes in exchange for late payment of tax refunds, lol.

In any case, where is this other thread, as I have been unable to locate it.

There really is quite a few of us skunks, lol, I wonder if the OP has received his/her windfall yet.

Kind of accepted that it won't be coming this week maybe even until next Friday, but I'm always open to a pleasant surprise, especially to the tune of £1.5k, lol

I see, perhaps I was mistaken, maybe it's some new kind of low-level security check which they're rolling out onto everyone... I presume your status is, "Bank Repayment Pending"?

    Just an update,

Hubby called HMRC this morning and they quoted it was the 1 in 10 called for checks and should have it by end of the month. Although from what ive read online HMRC customer service staff dont really know much and have in the past been giving false information to callers.

Well hopefully it is by the end of the month
