101 days to go til our wedding!


Been engaged 2years nearly so I can't quite believe how near to the day we are now.


Having a meeting with venue on Sat and then finishing our invites this weekend too, to send out as soon as they're done. Feel like I'm a little late sending them out?!
How long has everyone given their guests to R.S.V.P??

Our invites went out 9th of November the RSVP date was yesterday I have 89 days to go

Glad i cheered you up! It's the only way to think about these things otherwise you get bogged down with it instead of thinking about the fun things! I keep trying on my wedding ring now as I picked it up the other day! I sent my invites out 1st November ish and put the return date as 19th dec but still all of them aren't back and I need final numbers by end of jan!

Don't know when to pick my wedding dress up either?!

Ok, for anyone stressing about how much they have left to organise.....I haven't booked the ceremony yet, lol! See - you instantly feel better right?!


The good news is I have sorted some things out. The reception's booked, catering, dress is bought, groom's ring we got yesterday, some decorations bought also. I've just sent an email to the photographer too confirming that I'd like to book, so just waiting for the deposit details. Oh, and I bought napkins :T


It's all scarily close now and I must admit to being a little stressed out about the no-registrar-yet thing. It's a bit tricky planning a wedding in another country! Luckily the photographer's Mum is a registrar so I'm hoping she's available for the date we've set. If all else fails my fianc!'s Mum is a pastor so we have that to fall back on. Wish me luck!

24 days for me, got my dress back today from having alterations. h2b's suit is being altered too at the same place and she's forgot half of the alterations so had to refresh her memory this morning grrrr
