Ah, so a bit misleading then. Complete 6 mystery shops in June and get a bonus and then somewhere in the small print you'll be entered into a draw!0 -

i've just registered with grassroots. not quite sure what to expect really! however, although i live in berkshire, i tend to work in London most days so how can i let them know this? am hoping being in the big city will mean more jobs.
also - should i look at joining more than one? if so, what are the recommendations?
thanks,
ntl
I seem to get offered a few from Grassroots, but it's annoying that they email you jobs, rather than choosing your own - that's one thing RE do so much better and even Gap although that's more long-winded.
Grassroots only offer me jobs in Derby which is 30 miles away, so I've never actually done any for them - not doing a 60 mile round trip to do a mystery shop!
You could try emailing them at mshelp@grg.com which your post has just prompted me to do, thanks.0 -
I'm sorry but I haven't read all the thread so this question may have already been answered. So....
OPINIONWORLD Does this site pay money, vouchers or just prize vouchers?
I have done a few surveys for them but don't want to do anymore if its just 'Prize draw entries'.
So PLEASE someone help me so i don't waste anymore time, or if it is voucher can you please tell me where they are for and how I can claim them.
Thanks in advance

eg. I have Bexleyheath as a saved search and I almost missed a job because it was listed as Bexley Heath, and also another area I cover - Greenhithe - has a job listed as Greenthithe.
As I think I said in a previous post it would be much easier and more efficient to search within a specified radius of your own postcode like RE do
I only joined in June so I'm waiting for my first payment at the end of this month :j
The very charming staff who input to Gap, and who ring me up all the time to see if they can squeeze any extra assignments out of me, are all based in Australia. They often don't have a clue about English place names! (If you ever speak to one of them on the phone, ask them what time it is there. They normally ring me at 3.30am their time  )
If you search by client rather than by location, it is MUCH easier to find all the shops near you!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
If anyone's done an eating job for RE for a pub chain could they PM me, I'm a bit confused over the fees.
ThanksNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

They do that to me too .. usually wanting me to visit Colonel Sanders at very short notice!!! :rotfl:
I've just been searching by client, and you're right, it is much easier, I've managed to pick up a couple of assignments for next week that I'd otherwise have missed out on. So thank you!!
It still narks me that THEY can rung US at any time of the day but we have to fill out that stupid enquiry form to contact THEM and they take ages to answer - if at all!! I did laugh when I saw a message on the site saying please don't ring the Basingstoke office, and if people continually do it they will have to take action which could result in them being thrown off the panel - so it's obviously not just me that is frustrated with not being able to contact them!! :rotfl:We’ve had to remove your signature.
