Talking about Gapbuster, can anyone remember what the bonus payment was for, for June?

I seem to remember you had to complete 6 assignments in June to qualify, but can't remember how much it was for and I want to check I get paid it next week!

It's a pity they don't give you the option to be "paid" in vouchers like some survey companies and then we wouldn't need to bother with tax at all for these jobs!

    TIA

I think you will find that this is not a bonus payment. Its a comp Like the golden egg at easter, and its only about 5 people that will get the bonus.

Is it just me or do you guys feel as well that gap's job search is confusing and time consuming. Sometimes some of the locations just disappear from the list and reapear later. It does not save any searches for me when i save a search it shows for as long i am online and when i go off and get back its always gone. Its hopeless, pathetic and irritating and i am getting that stupid mgs of 5 per day limit while i have not selected any today.

Retail is the best, Best customer service, best search engine, best website, best instructions i think i wont do any for gap other then once i have to just walk down to the street. First one i did got invalid cos i ordered wrong, confusing instructions.

Does anyone know how long bare takes for proof reading i did one ages ago and i still havent got any comments from them.

I have now officially resigned from Gap! They called the other day to ask if I would do a visit nearby (burger) and I explained that I had been very distrubed by the emails re. recent changes to dough visits (meaning we can no longer take our 3 yr old son along unless he orders seperately and pays his own bill) and as concerned about increased likliehood of not getting paid for burger visit if you get wrong receipt. I really enjoy all the other companies I work for but Gap get right up my nose with their silly rules etc... I have never actually not been paid for a job, but dont see the point in taking a risk especially for a job that is already coming without a fee.
Me debt free thanks to MSE :T

It took 24 days for me to get comments for a shop I did with them in June. 6 days after that I got an email saying not everyone would get paid in July for these shops because the editing had taken so long...

I totally agree about Gapbusters job search - it is so long winded, and sometimes I've found that the town names are typed in incorrectly so the jobs dont show up on my saved searches.

eg. I have Bexleyheath as a saved search and I almost missed a job because it was listed as Bexley Heath, and also another area I cover - Greenhithe - has a job listed as Greenthithe.

As I think I said in a previous post it would be much easier and more efficient to search within a specified radius of your own postcode like RE do

I only joined in June so I'm waiting for my first payment at the end of this month :j

Retail Eyes are brill - perfect on the phone; they're really helpful. GAP is good too but the customer service is awful (sometimes) - if you have a query I wouldn't bother picking up the phone as they don't have a phone number to call!

GAP, RE and GR are the three best I reckon.
