I have a bit of a problem regarding the TNS website.

I just noticed that the system reverted my .co.uk email address into .com. Therefore my confirmation emails for visits and potentially my briefing packs have not reached me so I am in a bit of a panic now and don't know what to do. Any advice please?

Ring them tomorrow - I don't know the phone numbers for the team which covers Shropshire, but the following phone numbers all get you through to someone at TNS who will probably be helpful enough to connect you to a more useful person.

    020 8967 4217 or 2176 or 4663
    020 8923 8289

Hi, Did my first shop for Frontline Focus last week. Signed up with them ages ago, forgot all about it, then got a phone call out of the blue.

Anyway, the shop went ok but as for filing the report over the internet, well it couldn't have gone more pear shaped.

Anyone that uses them I'd appreciate a bit of info.

I got into the site fine but it just will not accept the Shopper ID and password I was given. And yes I have fiddled around with the cookies after a message came up about them maybe being set to high.

I faxed the report Friday morning along with receipt, but then got an email yesterday saying to fax the report or give it over the phone. Tried ringing today, person I need not available, so left a message and faxed the report again just in case. The email also suggested that my PC was not compatible with their system?:confused:

On the payroll notice I have to fill out it asks for shopper ID (5 digits). Um mine has 6?

I just wondered if anyone else has had any trouble either latley or in the past. Talk about making a good impression;) :rotfl:

Gap are a bit unpredictable I'm afraid, especially recently when they've released jobs in several batches.

I've found the petrol goes on first around the 15th, then the rest follow after the 20th or so. It's hard to predict the exact date or the time.

By coincidence the person who deals with my area called me today to offer me an urgent assignment, I mentioned my problem to him then.

Got home and all has been resolved.
  • Tell you what, some people snap these up like vultures, six jobs available in my area this mornig, phoned within ten minutes of them being available asking for more details and someone had snatched them all up !

Yep that's why I think it's a bad idea to post on here telling other people jobs are in my area , but people do that! Or even if they say the X jobs are on Y website it does not really help.

  • Either these people are extraordinarily good at their jobs or these mystery shopping companies must go through one helluva lot of chaff to find the wheat. I cannot believe an efficient job can be done at the rates offered with the workload some of these people must take on.

Given the number of phone calls I get offering me extra work, I think they discard the chaff and see how far they can charm the wheat ;) - I am happy to do quite a bit of work, and can do it quite quickly on my way into and out of work - and in my lunch hour if it appeals enough :D

Has anyone heard of BioTrax? Any good? Ignore the medical testing stuff, they claim that if you join them for £25 they'll give you access to endless mystery shops, focus groups, etc?
