mystery shopping at the end of the day is a job and should be treated as one.
The better reports you give the better positions open.0 -

the catalogue company get five a year and the reports can result in sackings if 2 mystery shops go bad against one member of staff.
so these jobs cant be done too lightly as you are playing with peoples jobs not the owners of the companys but the little people.
So yes you are there to help the big guys of each company but also think about something we all have an off day regards of what are job is.
Yes notice all around you but let some consideration come into your final reports.
At the end of the day it does not matter if you do it for pocket money or a full time career (like myself) you have to be considerate.
What about the sham of a job that the same company who do the catalogue shops on the unemployed government agency??? has anyone ever done them? how can it be mystery, you need to tell the staff what you do before you ask some really stupid questions and the staff read the answers word for word off a cue card!
How is this testing the staffs knowledge? this is a scam to get the "Official Statistics" fabricated as most government departments do.We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. It might be worth checking to make the assigment is still under your 'My assignments' and that it hasn't dissapeared.0 -

Yes it is. This is the way I always do it (hope it helps)
Go to 'My assignments', highlight the number of the assignment you want to express, then press control and C
Go to 'Express assigments' and press control and V to paste in the number.
If this doesn't work, email them - their software is up the creek (again  )Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Done a couple of these jobs myself, fifty quids worth of free meals so mustnt grumble, thats what I call a cheap date !. One question, when do staff get told they have been visited and do they get to know who the shopper was ? I.E. are they told the day and date they were visited and the details of that experience so they can put two and two together ? Or are they just told what was said, not when ?Competition wins. 2 festival camping tickets worth 310, case of grants whisky 74. :beer:0

Depends which businesses. One we went to knew who we were the second time we went as they had (we were told this by an ex employee afterwards) been told the date, time etc and had linked it up with the CCTV. Was a cringeworthy visit!0

I had a good one last year. Went to pay for my meal and there was a large A4 notice sellotaped next to the till as I paid.
WE ARE EXPECTING A MYSTERY SHOP EITHER TODAY OR TOMORROW, SO ENSURE EVERY CUSTOMER blah blah blah
Didn't work tho as they failed on 25% of the things I'd been asked to check on.:rolleyes:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
