    Hiya.
    Yes I recieved an email saying that it had been recieved, but it also says this:
    ''However, the results have been sent to a pending database. An operator may be in contact soon to confirm, clarify, or obtain additional information. Please have the results readily available and don't forget to submit your receipt if one is required for your assignment. Failing to provide a receipt when required will result in you not be paid for that assignment and being blocked from completing additional assignments for us.''

    I very often get this, I'd say on about 30% of my reports. But I've never had a query yet and have done around 150 jobs for them. Don't worry!:beer:

    Makes me so angry....

    Sorted it now thankfully and have sent the assignment off. The redeeming thing for GAP is that the reports are so easy to complete!

    ----Another point though....

    Do GAP reimburse the amount you spent or the whole reimbursement allowance? I heard they pay out the whole thing but can't believe it's true....

    They do pay the whole allowance - or at least did it for me. ;)

    Gap pay the full reimbursement, regardless of how much you spent, so if, for example, the reimbursement is £5 they will pay £5 even if you only spent 10p.

    Two things to remember though, if you are reimbursed £5 & only spent 10p the extra £4.90 is classed as income/profit & is therefore taxable. Also, check your paperwork & the notice page on webselect to see if there is a minimum spend for that client.

    If there is a minimum spend & you are just 1p under, the assignment will be rejected & you will not be paid anything at all.

    Gap pay on or about the 24th of each month & you are paid for assignments completed the previous month, so an assignment completed today would be paid on approx 24th July.

    Done loads of mystery shops for the clown fast food shop recently and just got this email;

    I wouldn't worry about it (although it's easier to say that in my position I suppose) - it may have been that your reports were too complimentary rather than consistently un-complimentary (am really struggling to think of the word I should be typing), or weren't producing any challenges for the clown co.

    I would take it as a blessing in disguise - at least your body'll have a break now! :)

    I think more likely, if you have done quite a lot, they just want to diversify their shopper base. (Heaven knows why, as they find these assignments quite difficult to fill IMHO).

    Either that, or you were caught on camera doing something inappropriate - you're not the Phantom Clown Stripper, are you? :D
