sold something a couple of weeks ago , sent them the invoice , after 4 days no payment , so sent them a reminder by pm . They said something about checking with paypal , bit garbled .
few days later they said they got their money back off paypal and were sending it again .
But I've received nothing .
I don't know what to make of it , I've been receiving paypal payments with no problem .

Next to the item they've bought, press relist & review your listing, scroll down & check the paypal address, in case it's been put in incorrectly.0

What's their feedback like? Could they be making things up?0

Ask them for the Paypal transaction ID.
If you don't get it within 24 hours open a NPB.0 -
I always send things with registered post. At least then there's a tracking number. I gave up selling anything on ebay, as the things I had were not worth a lot, to justify the buyer having to pay expensive postage.0

Are you on the right thread?0 -
Check your email address is correct in the listing.
If its wrong, then they could of cancelled the payment as it will say unclaimed, it may be what they mean by 'getting the payment back off PayPal'.0 -

Log into your PayPal account and look at the summary of payments sent/received - each payment has a unique transaction number.
If they look at their PayPal account summary they should be able to tell you the number. You could then contact PayPal and they could check for you.0
