Does anyone on here have a Beko Dishwasher?

I had a similar problem with my Neff dishwasher with only half the pots being cleaned some of the time. I realised that it only happened when I ran the dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine so it must have been due to the reduction in water pressure.0

We're replacing ours because its old, but may have done anyway given this story.
Hardly applicable now as it applies to machines manufactured between 1999 and 2005.0 -
We've had 2 Beko dishwashers (one abroad and our current one here and 2 FF and 2 washing machines) with no problems.0

I Have a Beko dishwasher. I would definitely recommend it it's excellent. we also have them at work, they take a lot of abuse, but they still carry on five years plus even in that environment being used several times a day0

We've previously had two Bosch dishwashers, which we were always happy with (these were sold with previous houses as they were integrated) but when we built our kitchen extension last year online reviews led us to purchase an integrated Beko instead.
It's only been up and running for around six months, but so far it's been fine and cleans brilliantly - the only thing I'd say is that online reviews implied the Beko model we chose was quieter than the Bosch when in actual fact I think it's a little noisier......Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Thanks for your posts, everyone. I checked with DH and the tap is completely open. I also often run the dishwasher at night when nothing else, including the washing machine, is running at the same time.
The engineer is due on Monday, so I shall report back his findings.
After reading the Telegraph article I think it would be wiser to run the dishwasher during the day when I'm around though - one of the mums at school woke up in the middle of the night a few months ago to thick smoke as her dishwasher had caught fire. She just happened to be sleeping downstairs on the sofa that night.0 -
We've got a Beko, works perfectly well most of the time. As Raksha said, the only real problems have been down to lazy loading and not checking everything can spin before starting it.
Having said that, in our last rental place we had a narrow Beko (400mm?), and it was shockingly bad. I guess this may be model dependent, what model do you have?0 -
It's only a generalisation, but I'm not really brand fussy, whatever is the right spec for the right price gets bought, BUT, I will never have another item of BEKO's in my place again.
I can only describe the product as cheap and nasty and very unreliable. And did I mention short lived.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0
