Does anyone on here have a Beko Dishwasher?

We've got a problem with ours, wanted to see if it's common or not whilst I wait for the engineer to call.
It's not cleaning things on the outer edges, and lots of things are left with a gritty streak. I took a saucepan out this morning (after an intensive cycle) that had had a tomato sauce in it, and only half of it has been cleaned (and not a very good job on that half either).
We've tried 3 different dishwasher cleaners - tablets and loose powder, I've turned it off at the mains and left it off for two hours, then turned it back on and held the on button for 10 seconds (as suggested by customer services to reset the control panel), I regularly rinse out the filter, neither the salt not the rinse agent is low, so now I'm wondering if there's anything else I can try? It's currently doing an intensive cycle with just a cup of vinegar.
It's only 5 months old but cleans worse than the 10 year old AEG that it replaced.

Make sure the spining arms can spin round, and also take them out and clean them to ensure the holes aren't blocked (It should say in the manual how to do this).0
-
Also - check the water pressure is good perhaps the hose may be kinked, or perhaps not turned on fully or something?0

you can just unclip the spinnng arms, run water through them to make sure there clear.
just make sure when you stack plates they dont fall forward onto each other as the racks that hold them are quite wide. we also ended up replacing our plates etc to get a universal shape as we could have the same issues as you if your using quite a few sets.

Thanks; forgot to add that I've rinsed the spray arms through with water. I did find a bit of rice in one of the holes. I check the holes are clear every time I empty.0 -

Thanks - hubby is a water engineer and was conscious of ensuring the hose was positioned well to avoid pressure issues. I'll double check with him that the water pressure would not be an issue though.0 -
Is this a common issue with Bekos? We're thinking of replacing our Bosch with one.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Thanks; our plates are Denby and one set has a lipped edge. They do seem to be stable in the tray and none have moved when the cycle has finished.
The biggest problem with stuff not cleaning tends to be the mugs and glasses on the top rack ...0 -

This is what I'm trying to establish; I'm wondering if there's a design fault.
I wish I'd bought a Bosch as overall I'm not happy with the design of this Beko. Of course, it's not until I bought it that I discovered there isn't a good place to put tall glasses and I can't lower the adjustable top rack as the dinner plates would then interfere with the top spray arm.
It might also have an inferior filter system due to food getting into the spray arms and not being easy to get these bits of food out? I never had to clear the spray arms of our 10 year old AEG. You can't take the spray arms apart, perhaps you can't on any dishwasher I've just never needed to so never looked.0 -
Be wary of Bosch:

We're replacing ours because its old, but may have done anyway given this story.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

I've got a beko and design wise its one its the most practical dishwashers I've ever had. If I ever get problems, its normally down to lazy loading and not checking both arms can spinPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
