I have just noticed how many times this thread has been viewed!
It makes me think that Depression/Mental Health needs a whole section rather than just one thread. There are so many people that this affects.
SO - guys - you're not alone in how you feel. I know = I have been there too, so have LOADS of people - just check out the number who have viewed!.
It's &*("% to feel like you do, and a lot of people don't understand, so it's really positive to have a place on here that we can all chat about our experiences and help each other through.

Spot on! It's nowt in particular that anyones said - it's everything! I've been snapping at my boyf recently and feel so bad about it, but it's just cause I take his comments so personally - I know he doesn't mean it. He doesn' tunderstand about depression really and it's very hard to convey how you're feeling to someone when you know that thoughts that are going through your mind are illogical and irrational!
Thanks all. I listen to a Paul McKenna CD most nights which is good (it's weight loss but it's very positive in its vibe) and it does help to get off to sleep.

The CDs I have are very similar to the weight loss one (i've had that as well!)

Pink Lady, you summed up quite well how it is - when you're upset or feeling low, everything seems way more personal and even more of a battle than normal. Other people just think that we're being silly - they just dont understand how hard things can appear, even every day things which seem obvious to others. xBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
