I have read the posts above, cheers for your views-

I suppose I was pretty damn stupid paying sooooo much for the ticket and I know it's my fault.

The seller has provided the service that we mutually agreed, and I ahve to deal with it...... I'm just annoyed from previous transactions where I've been left negs when I have provided the correct service.....

I consider myself firmly slapped on the wrist for my bad bad thoughts!
(sorry, that wasn't supposed to sound so sarky)

Fair play to you Ambla for holding up your hands and admitting you was wrong...A lot of folk wouldn't of had the balls to do that. Time to put this one down to experience and move on hun :)

My hubby has had this a couple of times...a transaction has gone smoothly(or so he thought)then they neg you because item didn't arrive on day they expected it?!?!? or something equally as daft.Apparently I read on another thread that if you get a neg when you reply to it add a URL and e-bay not only have to remove your reply because it contains the URL but also have to remove the neg.

    Well done Amba_Gambla. :T
It is great that you came back, admitted you could have been wrong and have decided to correct it. It is trash how other people leave nasty feedback when it is far from deserved but at the end of the day it is best not to effect how we leave feedback or deal with situations. I know sometimes other ebayers have made me totally fuming. But its nice to be nice !! Except scammers, non payers, newb.........

oh is it true about that url thing ?

    Apparently so Cat72.

I don't know how to link to other parts of this site but if you stay on e-bay board and look for a blue question mark next to a thread called Removing Negative Feedback which was started by kind veggie girl its better explained there by ukbill.

    HTH :)

I understand where your coming from jockettuk but its not just newbies who don't get feedback left.My hubby is chasing buyers from 2 months ago asking them to leave feedback. We were all newbies once upon a time.Personally hubby and I always try to help them make transactions run as smoothly as possible and answer all questions they have......but there are a few you just can't help....

If someone asks me to leave them feedback I won't - call me bloodyminded!

I'm like you in that I don't like to leave positive if I'm not 100% happy, so will not leave any as I feel that negative or neutral are for malpractice or negligence.

Then you wont recieve any positive feedback! Most vendors use Selling Manager Po - and such feedback request messages are automated. As is the process of returning feedback - positive feedback is only given once positive feedback has been received and the item is shown as paid. This is all automatic, the feedback can be randomly selected from an editable selection.
